Designing methods
Importance of resistance of the structure in designing or fabricating discussion was so that observation of the national building codes and updated standards of the world has been taken in to consideration at any designing and manufacturing stage of this company. To designing operation and planning of the structure and attention of the national building codes up to now, all the designs given to the relating organs like engineering of the buildings have been passed from technical and executing point of view by relating organs.

Manufacturing method
At the manufacturing stage of the structure and its components first of all shearing operations are done according to the plans given by technical office and after that under the supervision of quality control assembly operations of the parts are done along final welding. For resistance of structure against rust this CO. uses sandblast and coloring and hot galvanization. In hot galvanizing method the parts are dipped in galvanization pool giving utmost resistance of the parts against rust that increases aging of parts up to 75 years. Sand blast and coloring are done according to last standards in this field. At every stage of manufacturing and installation, supervision is extremely important and this CO. uses quality control (QC) and different other controls such as dimensional control at assembling stage , welding control , manufacturing cleaning control , primer and coloring control at different stages of assembly under its own supervision and after controlling each stage manufacturing permission of next stage is issued .
